Human Resources

The main reason for Mineteko’s success since its founding is its team of highly motivated, knowledgeable, and experienced professionals who are experts in their fields. Mineteko’s human resources policy—which has enabled the company to achieve many “firsts” in Turkey through the efforts of individuals capable of supporting continuous development and growth—was designed to align with the company’s vision and mission. In this context, we consider it one of our most important responsibilities to recruit employees who will enhance our organizational values through an effective hiring process, work in alignment with our community values, and drive the organization forward with their contributions.
